Academic Mission
The Bachelor of Social Work and Societal Transformation program at the University of Saint Joseph Mbarara (USJM) equips students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to address complex social issues and promote positive societal change. This rigorous undergraduate program emphasizes a critical understanding of social welfare policies, human behavior in the social environment, and community development principles.
