Academic Mission

The Bachelor of Human Resource Management program at the University of Saint Joseph Mbarara (USJM) provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices essential for effective human capital management. This program equips individuals with the knowledge to develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, and labor relations. Students will explore organizational behavior, strategic HR planning, and legal frameworks governing employment.
