Academic Mission
The Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration program at Uganda Pentecostal University equips students with a comprehensive understanding of social welfare principles and practices. This undergraduate degree fosters critical thinking and analytical skills necessary to address complex social issues. Students will explore theories of human behavior, social policy, community development, and program evaluation. The curriculum emphasizes ethical considerations and advocacy for vulnerable populations. Graduates will be prepared for careers in social service agencies, government ministries, non-governmental organizations, and international development.
