Academic Mission
The Diploma in Philosophical and Social Studies program at Uganda Martyrs National Major Seminary, Alokolum offers a foundational understanding of critical philosophical inquiry and its intersection with social structures and human behavior. Students will engage with core philosophical concepts, ethical frameworks, and sociological theories, developing analytical and critical thinking skills applicable to diverse intellectual and societal challenges. This program provides a robust grounding in the humanities, fostering intellectual curiosity and the ability to articulate complex ideas.
