The Diploma in Midwifery – Extension program at Nkumba University builds upon existing foundational knowledge to provide advanced training in comprehensive midwifery care. This diploma program focuses on enhancing practical skills in antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum management, including newborn care and family planning. Students will develop expertise in managing obstetric emergencies and promoting maternal and child health within diverse community settings.
