Academic Mission

The Bachelor of Human Resource Management program at Makerere University Business School provides a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices governing effective human capital management. This undergraduate degree explores critical areas such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
