Academic Mission

The Diploma of Public Health program at Kampala University equips students with foundational knowledge and practical skills in the principles and practices of public health. This program explores key areas such as epidemiology, health promotion, environmental health, and health policy. Students will gain an understanding of disease prevention strategies, community health assessment, and the social determinants of health. The curriculum emphasizes evidence-based approaches to addressing public health challenges within diverse populations.
