Academic Mission

The Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science program at the Islamic University in Uganda provides a comprehensive understanding of the complex interactions between human activities and the natural world. This undergraduate program equips students with the scientific knowledge and practical skills necessary to address pressing environmental challenges. The curriculum integrates principles from biology, chemistry, geology, and social sciences to foster a holistic approach to environmental stewardship. Students will engage in coursework and research focused on conservation, pollution control, sustainable resource management, and environmental policy.
