Academic Mission

The Bachelor of Human Resources Management program at the Islamic University in Uganda equips students with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to effectively manage an organization's most valuable asset: its people. This comprehensive curriculum delves into core areas such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and strategic human resource planning.
